I checked out other brands of infrared heaters and decided on BioSmart® Heaters because they are built better, the elements last a lot longer, and they run very quiet. I received my heater about two weeks ago. I LOVE IT! I am warmer. Since I have started using your heater I have felt warm and comfortable in this drafty rental house for the first time. The thermostat is set at about mid 50’s and it is reading at about 70. Her room was always about 58 degrees with her heater on 24/7. It was also very humid with moisture always on her windows and mold growing on the sills.
