BioSmart Technologies proudly stands behind the technology and products that it sells. You may return merchandise purchased from our own website, BioSmartSolutions.com, in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. BioSmart Technologies will refund the total sales amount minus the original shipping & handling charges (up to $40 per heater & up to $25 per blanket). To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. We suggest that you put the Infrared Blanket in a duvet cover for the first 30 days in case of a return. Soiled or damaged blankets will not be accepted for return.
- Dealers & third party sales: Dealers and third party sellers are responsible for their own return policies. Products purchased from a dealer or affiliate website site must be returned to the original seller per the terms and conditions of the Seller that the product was originally purchased from.
- Canadian orders: Canadian orders are not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee, however, BioSmart technologies will stand behind any warranty and service issues during the warranty period.
- For In-Wall heaters, returns will only be accepted if the product has not been installed in the wall. Once it has been installed, returns will not be accepted.
- There are NO RETURNS on PRODUCTS SHIPPED OUTSIDE of the USA. The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to products sold in the USA.
- BioSmart’s 30 day refund policy only applies to new products purchased from our website.
Note: A Return Authorization is required prior to shipping your package back to BioSmart Technologies. You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to BioSmart Technologies’ Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone. BioSmart Technologies will not be responsible for damaged items or discrepancies, nor issue a refund, if notified after 7 business days.
Items that are returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or returned to us without authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items returned that arrive damaged, missing components, or in unsellable condition may not be accepted for return, or may be charged a higher restocking fee at BioSmart Technologies’ discretion.
If a package is returned to our warehouse or undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount minus all shipping charges.
How to Return an Item
Call our Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-595-9605 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Packing your return:
Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in the original box. Please write the RMA # on the shipping label along with your name and address. The shipping address is: BioSmart Technologies,
18324 Cook Road SE, Yelm, Washington 98597. Please use a label, do not write anything on the box itself.
Shipping your return:
If you are shipping the unit back to us on the money-back-guarantee, you as the buyer pay all shipping costs. You’re responsible for seeing to it that we receive your item back in our warehouse undamaged and in good working order. However you choose to ship it back, we recommend that you insure the package at full value with the shipper of your choice to protect it against shipping damage as items damaged in shipping may be nonrefundable. Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for your records.
Upon receipt of your item, we will issue you a credit refund. Please allow 30 business days for your credit refund to post to your account.
PRODUCTS SOLD OUTSIDE OF THE USA
The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to products sold in the USA. There are no returns accepted on products shipped outside of the USA.
Our Return Policy at a Glance
Products purchased in the USA may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after you receive the product, except for promotional or special offers on Re-manufactured products.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact customer service at email@example.com to obtain an RMA#.
PLEASE NOTE: RMA#’s will only be issued for qualified returns meeting our return policies.
Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, and include all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Credit Time Table
