How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Your order will normally be shipped within 24 – 48 hours once payment is confirmed.  Please allow between 3 – 7 business days to receive your package, depending on your location.  Products shipped to CANADA may take longer due to delays at customs. CANADIAN Buyers, please note: import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the  buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

How will you ship my order?
Shipments in the USA are made via UPS Ground.  All shipments to CANADA are via USPS.

What is the cost of shipping?
BioSmart® will ship heaters and blankets for FREE only within the contiguous USA. For shipping charges to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii, enter your zip code in the cart to preview the shipping cost or call 1-866-446-0500 for help.
